Discounts are available in April & October for weekday outings only.
"An Outing Coordinator's Check List"
1. Confirm by telephone, or in person, the date, starting time, and amount of players participating in the outing.
2. Consult with the golf course regarding all outing sponsors signs and their appropriate placement at the course.
3.
Final details for shotgun outings must be confirmed 14 days prior to the
tournament day 4. Submit, on or prior to the day of play, a list of the foursomes with designated starting times
5. Arrive at the club at least 1 hour prior to the start of the first tee time/shotgun start
6. Notify the golf course, in advance, that markers and tapes for the closes-to-the-pin and longest / straightest drive prizes.
7. Hole witnesses on par-3's will be brought to the appropriate hole by the course staff. Please bring a folding chair for each witness
8. The pro shop will do scoring, at the outing's request, at a rate of $1.00 per player. Prior notice is required.
9. Full & final payment for the outing which is due on the day of the outing and before the start of play. Credit cards are not accepted as payment-make check payable to: "Cream Ridge Golf Club"
Important Reminders
All participants should understand the etiquette and rules of the game of golf, as well as their responsibilities with regard to the other golfers on the golf course. Some rules include:
Cream Ridge G.C. is a "Spikeless" Facility
All golf shoes must be spikeless or have "softspikes" in order to play on the golf course. Metal and /or ceramic spikes are not allowed in the clubhouse or on the property of the golf course. "Softspikes" are available in the pro shop.
Rain Policy*
Rain, in itself, does not cancel a golf outing. All players should show expecting to play rain or shine. Any lightning in the area will automatically and temporarily discontinue play until safe conditions return. A delay in play is standard procedure when lightning occurs. When a breakfast, luncheon, or dinner is planned, it will go on regardless of weather conditions.
